TRX RIP Trainer Resistance Cord - Resistance Training Equipment for Home or Gym

Priced a bit high compared to other cheap no name bands out there, but lasts a long time and safe even when it breaks. Nylon jacket protects you from the band snapping during use.

Yes, its an expensive bungee cord, but its a real TRX product, so you pay for quality. This band provides substantial increased resistance to the medium/standard band that came with your RIP trainer. Similar to the TRX Suspension Trainer (which is awesome), you are paying for much more than the materials involved, and (to me) its worth buying from a company that stands firmly behind their products. I am amazed that people have complained that this didn't come with instructions...attach it to your RIP trainer and attach the other end to the carabineer...its not complicated at all. Worth the $$ if you want to increase the intensity of your workouts.

Good quality. Good resistance. Description on resistance level is a little wanky resulting me in purchasing too strong of one the first time. Purchased another with less resistance but so happy with quality chose to keep both and to work into the heavier one.

I bought this to replace a medium version that I wore out after a few years. I was surprised how much more resistance this one offers. Definitely a great way to get a good strength workout

I bought the XX Heavy band for my Master Trainer, who is TRX and RIP certified. So, the first person he decided to have use it was me. It was really good and worked my obliques well on the squatting paddles as well as my glutes on squats. We've not used it for chest presses or rows yet. I love the TRX products and have bought the home suspension system and RIP trainer for myself. The suspension system comes with me when I travel and I may take the RIP trainer when I travel to GA this year. Only thing about the RIP trainer, I would definitely check the bag as it is a bar.

These are great for our workouts. We get a lot of use from these..so we replace them often due to breakage. Wish they lasted longer. The sheath is great as when they break, there is no fear of being hit by the band.

I love the TRX RIP Trainer. Probably the most under utilized functional trainers on the market. I had the pleasure of introducing this to trainers on Fort Hood, TX and they loved it. I couldn't find the XX-Heavy Band on the TRX site, but Amazon had it. If you don't have a RIP Trainer get one, but remember different bands for different weights of people and strength. For example someone who weights 200+ get the XX-Heavy. The bands product info do have weight recommendations I would follow them.

I loved my TRX but it relied on stationary hand and/or foot positions, so I couldn't do any resistance training. Now that I'm doing physical therapy for a slipped disc, this resistance band when added to my TRX allows me to duplicate some of the exercises that I couldn't previously do at home. This will aid in my recovery, and while one of these bands is working, the TRX would be even better with two, so I expect I'll be buying another one soon.

Einfach Suuuuuper, ich habe das TRX-Rip Widerstandsband heavy im Garten an einer einbetonierten Stahlstange angebracht und habe mir selber den TRX-Rip Trainer geschweisst und das Training damit ist der Hammer,.. Super für alle möglichen Arten an komplexen Übungen wie Schlagen, Badeln, Werfen. Core wird super damit beansprucht. Als Anmerkung sollte vielleicht gesagt werden das schwächere Menschen, Frauen sowie Männer mit der stärke schon ihre Probleme haben, da ist schon ordentlich Zug drauf. Von mir 5 Sterne. Lieferung erfolge Problemlos. Aja habe es seit 2 Jahren im Einsatz und ich erfreu mich wie am ersten Tag.. : )

Having already purchased the standard Rip Trainer product, I wanted a lighter cord for the faster, more explosive exercises that you can do with the 'pole'. This cord works very well for those kind of advanced exercises, but also for people new to the Rip Trainer, who want more control and less resistance as they start learning the basics, and everything else the Rip Trainer can do. Definitely worth buying if you have the medium resistance cable that comes as standard with the original product. Very quick delivery service, high quality product.
