Works great for rehydrating and getting your electrolytes. Much less sugar than other hydrating drinks and good value per tablet price. Dissolves quickly, but be aware it releases gas as it does, so open your lid every so often to release the pressure so it doesn’t blow open. Some flavors are better than others. 16 oz is the recommended amount of water so it’ll taste watered down if you have more water.

I was hesitant at first because I knew I liked the Strawberry Lemonade flavor and the Lemon Lime flavor, but didn't know about the other two. I didn't want to get a whole box of just one flavor, and to be honest I am glad I ended up getting the mixed flavors. I was prepared to dislike the citrus fruit flavor (not a big fan of grapefruit) but I was very pleasantly surprised! Strawberry Lemonade is still my number 1, but Citrus Fruit has surprisingly taken the second-favorite spot right above the Lemon Lime. The tri-berry was...meh. It tastes like berry but of the 4 I definitely think it's the chalkiest. My husband disagrees and feels that the Citrus Fruit tastes like "orange flavored sidewalk chalk". So take that and do what you will, flavor preference can be so individual. If you're like me and knew you liked at least 1 or 2 of the flavors, I recommend giving this mixed set a try just to have something new!

The variety of flavors is great, and from a cost perspective, these are some of the most cost effective electrolytes on the market. My partner uses these for all his workouts and long hikes, and they help keep him hydrated. These do add a carbonated-like effect to your drink, so if you don’t like bubbly drinks, this is not the drink mix to use. These come in a tablet form, so you cannot use them for single use plastic water bottles.

I have used these electrolyte tablets for almost 6 years now. I have tried many many other electrolytes on the market, but these ones are the only ones that I have stuck with. I put one tablet in about 32 ounces of water because I like the watered-down taste. They always feel very effective and a great price. I highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a reliable electrolyte to add to their daily or weekly intake.

The flavor is there after the tablet is dissolved. A couple flavors are stronger than others. You can tell its working when you are in dry, hot climates.

These have become one of my favorite ways to stay on top of hydration. I love that I can toss a tube in my purse or bag and just add a tablet to water whenever I need it. The variety of flavors keeps things interesting, and I especially appreciate that they aren’t overly sweet like so many hydration drinks. Convenient, portable, and great to have on hand after being active or on a hot day.

The flavor is decent on half of these. The result of the item itself leaves a little bit to be desired. They don't really hydrate you as well as other products, I'm a little bit disappointed. They're very sweet.. I'd rather have sugar than false sweeteners because of this outcome. They don't give you energy, or stomach upset no pain relief, textures are irrelevant (amazon feedback suggestions are funny) they dissolve in water with fun bubbles and flipping action, you don't chew or swallow them.. and the pill size goes in I believe 16 ounces of water. I just tossed them in a glass. Plop plop fizz fizz. I'm not sure if I'll buy them again, I'll probably try something else. I'll leave it up to you to decide your own destiny. Oh and the price jumps around. Not the beat selling practices... be very aware.

the items arrived absolutely destroyed but the seller made up for it so that's good, but I managed to find 2 of the 6 tubes intact, they hydrate really well and taste great (strawberry lemonade and tropical something). Will order another when I need more, hopefully next time I'll get the package in 1 piece

Just what I needed to keep me feeling well.

Surprisingly drinkable. All flavours were good. Dissolves slowly but well with no powdery residue.

Tablets are good and seem to help with my hydration as I live in a very humid country (singapore). Downside is the tablet is to bit to fit in a water bottle so have to put in a glass or sports bottle.
