Absolute Trash
Started wearing these on October 12, 2018 was sold by Amazon Services. Large rip on left shoe after 3 months, 3 MONTHS. Called to see if they could do anything to help as that is a very short shelf life for Cole Haan, heard the "outside our policy, nothing we can do" line. Shoe fits comfortable and looks nice but the ones I got were cheaply made and would never recommend anyone buy them especially if they are sold by Amazon Services and will be treated this way by customer service.

Not the same. Really Cole Hann?
I bought this originally at Nordstrom. Wonderful shoe. The Amazon version is not. Different sewing. Different leather.Makes me wonder if this is an unlicensed knockoff.See picture. Original on left.

Poor Quality
Two different textures of leather on top which is noticeable. Did an exchange same issue and the color was different between the two pairs.Updated feedbackExchanged again due to a visible seamUpdated feedbackReceived exchangeI have a pair from previous order that have never been worn. You will notice box info is the same, although shoes different. As you can see the top show near the toe has a visible seam (returning to Amazon) and the styling is different. Is one a knock off? Beware. Not impressed

A step down in quality from the original Tucker Venetian I bought at Nordstrom
When I originally bought this pair at Nordstrom 2 years ago, they were my favorite shoes. Now that I've worn them out and couldn't find them locally, I decided to try them from Amazon. I don't think they are counterfeit, as some have suggested, but they are definitely not the same as the originals I had bought. The main problem is the quality/appearance of the top portion of leather on these new shoes. They look like very cheap leather. If the pair was $50 or less, I'd probably keep them, but at $100, I'm not willing to forgive the cheaper looking leather. While these are probably "real" Cole Haan shoes, they are definitely different. The originals are stamped inside the tongue "Made In China" believe it or not. And these say they were made in India. Also, the originals had a Cole Haan logo embossed on the insole, while these just have block letters. (See photos I shot)These fit nicely and feel good, with good arch support, like the originals. And the rubber sole and lower, textured leather all seem quite good. I just don't like these as much as the originals and I don't like them enough to keep them. Shipping back today…

Not the shoe you remember if you own an older pair...
These are not the same shoes as they were a couple of years ago when I bought my last pair from Nordstrom. I called Cole Haan in fact about them to make sure I didn't get an off brand and still trying to decide if I'll keep them. The old shoes were made in partnership with Nike, and they used to make a big deal about them and how the heel had Nike Air technology in them. The new shoes no longer have these according the customer service rep I talked too. That's the problem with popular men's styles. Companies keep making a popular shoe, but they run them into the ground later in the process by cheapening the construction to increase the margins. I can't blame them for doing it, but it makes the shoes not longer a good deal for the customer. I had the same problem with a different manufacturer before.I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to keep these or return them, as they are nowhere near as comfortable as the previous model.

Not The Same Tucker Venetian
I have had 5 pairs of the the Cole Haan Tucker Venetian (this exact shoe) over the past 5 years. Typically I purchase 2 new pairs in black and brown around the holidays every year and toss my older pair. THIS IS NOT THE SAME TUCKER VENETIAN!!! The quality has clearly deteriorated and the materials are absolutely not the same. The French Roast pair had a 1.5in separation after 2 months of wear between the rubber sole and the upper. The black pair I purchased simply put was not the same leather. It was some soft leather material that stretched out, fit and looked like my year old pair in less than a month. Read the other reviews from loyal customers who have purchased the shoe before and they will agree. Again this was my 5th pair and they always last a year. I am pleased that Amazon is standing buy these and swapping them out although I would have preferred a full refund. This is outside the return window so they did the right thing. I called Cole Haan and they said it has to go through Amazon...so much for them standing buy their product. I have been loyal to Cole Haan for 16 years. Prior to these I was a loyal Santa Barabra customer and had about 5 pairs of those.

Where has the quality gone? Payless quality
Honestly, it makes you wonder what is happening to shoes. My suspicion is that you simply cannot market a good quality pair of leather shoes for less than $100. It takes too much compromise. But if you put on Amazon for the price required nobody buys. My opinion. These really are Payless quality, sorry to say.I purchased a pair of Rockport Men's Balabour Slip-Ons in 2014 from Amazon for around $60. I still have them around the house. They are soooo comfortable Very tight when I purchased but I tolerated and the fit is amazingly glove like. Such quality, still holding up and comfortable 6 1/2 years later.I find myself looking at the Cole Haans realizing they look ok in the casual office but not really comfortable for daily use. That is awful. These should be comfortable, soft around your feet. They feel like vinyl with a bumpy irregular feeling in the feet. I may try an insert but please tell me where the quality shoes are. I am tired of sending shoes back ( too late for these, I thought they might improve with wearing.

Tucker Venetian is not the shoe that you get in the package!
I've owned my current Cole Haan Tucker Venetian shoes for 8 years. Loved every minute of them and its finally time to replace them. I've tried 3 times now to order this shoe off Amazon and each time, similar to other reviews, the wrong shoe is coming in the package. It looks like the Grand Slip On II. Both Amazon and Cole Haan seem unable to do anything about the problem. Save yourself the hassle. This is not the Tucker Venetian shoe as advertised and does not look like the pictures here on Amazon's site. Wish I had read the reviews from other customers with the same problem first...

Quality and Workmanship
As a Cole Haan wearer my entire life I've come to expect high quality materials and craftmanship in their products. I purchased these shoes for my Uncle (who first introduced me to Cole Haan) as a present. After inspection I decided to return them immediately. The fit itself was stiff and uncomfortable but, most notably, I found the materials cheap and plasticy. My suspicion is that these are knock-offs. If you're expecting authentic Cole Haan's, the price is too good to be true.

Excellent product !!!!
Perfect fit. Colour is exactly as pictured. As soon as I stepped into these, I knew they were perfect. Very high quality. Will look great dressed as business casual, jeans and a blazer or even with a suit. Loved them so much, I ordered the brown pair immediately.I had originally ordered another brand and had to return as quality and fit was not ideal. Paid 25% more for the Cole Hanns, however I’m so happy!!

As expected..but wish they were same as the originals.
Like many other reviewers, I had the same shoe from about 8 years ago with the Nike Air Technology. They were the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned as well. These are very close in size, fit, design and quality.Leather is a little different as the originals were a top grain( and are still perfect except the soles wore through) These are now made in India, so maybe different sourcing now, but very acceptable. Not sure the if soles will provide the same luxurious feel but I am going to keep these as they should break in OK.
