I usually buy a different brand so I was hesitant to try them but they work great! They truly help me sleep and have relaxed my restless leg syndrome.

Been taking this for a couple of months now. I like that it has helped to improve my sleeping, digestive issues and leg cramps. In fact I need to reorder and will do that as soon as I am finished with this review.

This product was a really good sleep aid, but unfortunately I would have vivid and strange dreams. Now I was getting deep sleep since I was dreaming so much, but the dreams were so vivid that it felt like I hadn't slept. I talked to my doctor about and she said it's normal but to discontine if I wasn't comfortable. Overall it is a great product, but not for me.
