**Q: roasted on date?**
A: No mention of “roasted on” date on packaging. Only BBE date of Jan 2021. Nice coffee, though. Good value.

**Q: Anyone got a preferred grind size on a Sage espresso machine? Also, pressurised or non pressureisd Puck?**
A: Grind size 4 with the single wall double shot basket. 17g dose gets me 34g of liquid in 25-30 seconds.

**Q: What method is used for roasting the beans?**
A: Hi,

These are roasted in a drum roaster using both convection (from the heated air) and conduction (from the heated drum).

**Q: Is there a date of roasting on package?**
A: Although our packaging doesn't currently include a date of roasting, it is roasted in small batches and delivered to Amazon on a regular basis to ensure that the coffee reaching you is indeed freshly roasted! :-)
