In wintertime, I get this random psoriasis-like rash on my face and this helps that tremendously. I don't know what causes it but I don't have it in summer when the sunlight is plentiful. This is a helper with my dry skin or any irritations. Yes, it's pricey but it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all. It's highly emollient. Will buy again.

I bought it for my scalp psoriasis used it on the scalp after a shower my bumps went down a little with first use. I used it very sparingly as there’s not a whole bunch in the small bottle. Been using this now for almost a week and a half. In 35 years I have never felt my scalp actually feel like a normal one. Still have a little itch now and again but my bumps are gone and I feel like I have a new scalp, I also feel good. Much improvement, not depressed at all. Great stuff I’m ordering another bottle next week. Just re bought this and the pump doesn’t work I was so excited as I have SAD very bad. I have to return.
