Skeptical at first
I was skeptical about this at first. I had originally ordered the OEM part from Ford for over $400. It did not have the glossy cap and did not sit flush because some of the plastic welds had broke in shipping, so I returned it. While waiting for my refund, I decided to pull the trigger on this guy since it was a fraction of the cost. I figured, why not? Well, this mirror actually has the glossy cap, sits flush and looks and functions exactly like the original. You would never know it's a non OEM part. The only thing that might give it away is the LED turn signal lights are just a slight bit dimmer. I am satisfied with this purchase and would reccomend it to anyone in need of a replacement mirror. No need to spend the inflated costs for an OEM part.

Factory replacement at half the cost.
They were very helpful even after the purchase. I mistakenly purchased the wrong item and they were able to get the issue resolved. Just like a factory replacement. East to install.
