No adhesive! More like a grippy piece on the bottom to keep them in place all day; super easy to remove and pop another pair in its place! Wash, air dry, & repeat! There’s even a cutting & sizing pattern on the bottom. With breathing holes for airflow on the bottom as well!!

Which side is the top and which side is the bottom. Need the odour feature to work properly

The gray side is the top. The silky cloth goes against your skin. The black rubbery layer goes down. It will keep the insole from sliding around.
