I got this since Olly got rid of their preworkout gummies. It works really well when I take it before playing pickup soccer or league matches on the weekend. The addition of caffeine also removes the need for me to drink the Gatorade Fast Twitch drink so that's a bonus. I honestly recommend using cold water and shaking the bottle really well so it blends properly and does not clump. The cherry lemonade flavor is good and doesn't leave a bitter aftertaste.

Best intra workout I’veused. Solid energy, great recovery. It’s expensive but worth the splurge if you need something to push you through the workout.

Good flavor, though on the sweet side if that matters to you. It actually helps me to drink more water everyday. It does help with muscle retention and building. I have mine measured weekly and it has done it's job. This is a medium-large container, but it is not full, fyi. Only 2grams of carbs per serving. That is good if you are also trying to lose weight.

I liked that this product does give me a little bit of a pump, but not as much as a pre-workout. It takes about 15-20 mins to kick in, and during your workouts, you can drink some more of it to keep your workout's consistent. Flavor is alright, the portion size is kinda small, so if you are interested in this product after trying it, I recommend stocking up.

Kaged has the right combination. I've been working out my entire life. Few companies have really had all the right combo's. My only complaint is when they downsized the intra-work out container and put a scooper in with a long handle. So, then I have to take my heavy duty scissors to cut the scooper handle in half. I don't want to shove the scooper in upside down. No exactly sanitary unless I'm using sterile glove...LOL

This product gives you great focus and lasting energy to make it through your workout. I usually workout between an hour and a 1.5 hours and this product helps me through til the end. The watermelon tastes great and mixes smoothly with only a shaker/blender bottle. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for an intra supplement to go along with a preworkout and post workout.
