Before taking this, there were many days I could not get out of bed due to the pain in my joints. I would wake up and couldn't close or open my hands. Walking was painful, every joint in my body hurt. I've been taking this for about five months and it's a life saver. I feel normal again. I don't like that instructions is three pills a day, it's too much. And I wish pain didn't come back after not taking these. I ran out and did not take the pills for a week and the pain came back. It means I'll have to keep taking them every single day...which it's annoying, but it's very worth it.
