It's completely waste.I bought in 2021 February then claimed warranty due to power button failure. Then I received the new one, used the new one for a day 😪same problem started again power button failed again.I am not able to turn on the speaker 🔊Reason not to buy .1.When you connect to WiFi and then switch to Bluetooth mode sound cracking happens ..2. Worst battery life3. Alexa configuration problem after a monthPlease go with stone 2009 best speaker so far

Boat Has Been A Huge Disappointment for meI'll compare this speaker with viz:1) Boat Stone 200 3W which cost ₹999/- now2) Boat Stone 300 5W which cost around ₹1,299/-Pros about this speaker:1) Has AlexaCons:1) And that Alexa is too dumb to understand what we trying to speak.2) Sound:Speakers are bought because we want our speakers to be loud enough for parties and with good sound quality. This speaker is not loud enough. Boat Stone 200 3W wins this game from both, this speaker & Boat Stone 300 5W3) Quality:Speaker quality is not good at all Boat Stone 300 5W has worst quality then comes this speaker the rubber grip at bottom is not good at all. Boat 200 3W wins this again4) Calls:Boat Stone 200 3W & Boat Stone 300 5W has mic not Alexa but you can still talk via speakers on calls where as with this speaker you cannot answer, disconnect or talk on calls via speaker.5) Waterproof:All are big dealConclusion: If I had to buy a speaker for ALEXA I would rather buy proper Amazon echo device and not spend my money on this speaker where I know ₹999/- speaker is far more better than this device.Free Advice to BOAT improve quality not degrade it, I was a boat fan after Boat 200 3W speaker. Boat has disappointed me a lot.

Frankly speaking, NOT UPTO THE MARK, but VALUE FOR MONEY !❗CONS ::👉Alexa is provided with limited features only, dont expect a pure alexa device like Echo👉Alexa is not supported with Hindi language, but some glitches are there which enables it to listen to a few hindi statements. Try speaking "Namaste" or *name of a song* "Bajao", etc.But mostly it denies that this device is not supported in Hindi language.👉 Spotify app is not supported on this device to play music. While other music apps are working like Gaana, JioSaavn, etc.👉AUX & Bluetooth mode can work along with Alexa/Wifi, which sometimes lead to confussion for the device to play songs from different modes at the same time.👉Loudness during Alexa : Good EnoughLoudness during Bluetooth : Same as alexa or slightly more than thatLoudness during AUX : 1.5x times louder.👉Overall volume lower than boAt stone 200 (I compared with this model only) 👉Alexa responds very well when no music is playing, but when a song is being played, it is too hard to call Alexa.👉Once charging is about to go off, it's volume is very low, even if I connect the charger, it sounds too low. Have to wait till a proper charging to get full loudness.✅Pros👉Battery backup is impressive considering the Alexa ready condition in which it has to listen all the tym if "Alexa" is called. While the songs are being played, it can survive your party tym easily on a single charge.But yes, Alexa affects battery backup slightly. It's expected👉Built quality is too good as other boAt stone lyk 200 etc.👉Sound has no complaint in comparison of quality of sound.Bass is good too.👉Of course, Alexa makes it easier to listen songs without connecting your device.You have to only provide a Wifi connection. That's it and enjoy the feel.👉Price is so good that the provided good is worth to buy for this price range.You should give this a try, the product is worth buying. The media could not be loaded.  Hello Team, Speaker Quality is quite Good but which purpose I have bought, it's not actually works. Here I talking about Alexa, you recommended best home wifi to active the Alexa feature but I tried many many times in my Phone to configure the boat speaker with home wifi but it's not working and every times not getting disconnected with using your boat lifestyle app, worst experience from boat product.Second thing, battery backup is also not gives you as an expected playing with full or 50% volume. It draining early and when the battery reaches 10-20% speaker stop working meanwhile in each minute is very iritating.I returning this speaker for better one.If you only returns us as a replacement, then gives us a right one product and again it doesn't work, then pls take return and refund money in acc soon.I am giving you actual feedback on this single product first ever time As I m being your regular customer and expecting only a quality and paying only value for moneyThank You Amazon for your continuous support.
