Overall quality seems fantastic and clearly they want it to stay looking good with the freezer bag they provided. This ice pack gets cold, very cold. I like it, some may not. The straps are soft long and the Velcro looks like it is made to last. My biggest complaint is the pack is not long enough to wrap all the way around my leg and my legs are small. If you desire circumferential icing then may want to consider a different item.
