So glad I found this
Excellent floor cleaner. This takes the work out of mopping. The pads attach by Velcro to the unit. It cleans better than anything else I have used. It require little physical effort. It turns and get in hard to reach places. The pads wash nicely. It has a lot of power to get the job done. It plugs in so no battery required. Excellent quality.

Easy to use, clean floors after!
The short story is it is easy to use and works so well! I would purchase it again without a thought if i needed. Floors look amazing! The long story... I was hesitant to buy this but I really needed to get something. We have a 60 pound lab mix and just got an Irish Setter puppy. Both love going inside and outside all day. Vacuuming our house and using a hand push Bona just became impractical. (Tile downstairs and LVP upstairs, no carpet other than rugs.) I had been willing to pay the almost $1000 price tag on the Dyson Submarine, but the reviews and videos just didn't make me a believer. (We currently have a cord and cordless Dyson so we are already brand supporters). I found that this item and the product description made sense as well as the video and reviews. The packaging was over engineered, no chance the items inside could be damaged unless run over by a bus. Assembly was very easy, it was pretty much already fully put together. I can't say anything about the cleaning samples they sent, I have just been using water or water with a small touch of vinegar, but there were 3 that came with it. But my floors!!! Wow!!! I wet the mop heads before use with water and when I turn this on it simply glides over the tile floors. The amount of fluid you squirt while cleaning will lengthen drying time but my tile dries in about 2-10 minutes. The LVP I am more judicious with the spray so it dries faster, more like 1-2 minutes. The dogs walk around on the floors before the water dries but I never see prints when dry (tile and LVP are a faux wood plank, walnut color.) The mop heads are white when you get them but they certainly won't stay that color. The first use amazed me in how much dirt and dust we had... like ewe^10. After one use and a wash in the washer they were a light gray. After using them weekly for about three months they have settled into a nice medium gray tone after going through the washer. It amazes me how dirty these two dogs and two people can be! But my floors look and feel amazing. I do vacuum the floors first, then use the Bissel. For my downstairs (1000 square feet) I am done in about 30-45 minutes. Upstairs there are more items to move around as well as closets and bathrooms to go in and out of. I would say upstairs (1000 square feet) is more like 45 - 60 minutes. Again, those times include vacuum and mop use as well as dry time.) It comes with two or three sets of mop heads I think, but I bought extra so that I could trade them out as they got dirty and get a couple with more umph at scrubbing if needed. (Have not needed the scrubbers yet.) I use 2-3 sets downstairs since that is higher traffic and can usually get away with just one, sometimes 2, upstairs. They are velcro and I haven't had any issues with them coming off during use so far. The soft side of the velcro is on the mop head so they don't snag on things in the washer. I am 💯 in love with this product. I won't say I look forward to cleaning, but I do love how clean the floors feel to walk on after I am done. My husband is a super fan of the product as well!!! My dogs, the jury is still out with them. Added benefit - our puppy was smart and potty trained pretty easily. But there were accidents for the first few months. We got this item when she was about 2 1/2 months old, but the main room we kept her in had a little urine smell to it. After using this product for a couple weeks the smell was gone completely.

Love my new floor mop!
It is easy to use and cleans my floors better than the flat plastic stick pad mop I used before. I think the spinning cleans better and I have used it on sealed wood and tiled floors. The only issue is getting into tight corners when the pads are circular but they can be done easily before I start or after the floors are cleaned and dry. The length of the cord works for my purposes. Washed the pads after using and with being white they do show a bit of discoloration from the dirt they scrubbed off. Not a game changer for me…

Better than most electric wet mops
I previously used a Shark sonic duo, which was a two speed unit that shuffled the pads forward and backward. It was easy to navigate and did an excellent job. Compared to that, the Bissell Spinwave does about as well, although with a few differences. a) since the spinwave pads move in a circular fashion, if you accidentally let a pad touch a floor rug, the unit quickly spins out of control and you must fight it back into position (why? because while the pads travel in opposite directions keeping the unit straight on a smooth surface, if one pad hits something, the whole unit spins according to the direction of that one pad) ; b) the pads on the Bissell are either soft or scrubby, but not both at once like the sonic duo. So, if you change your mind while mopping, you must stop and change the pads. c) the cleaning solution for hardwoods seems to dry fast and leave no residue, although it is not "shiny" as they claim. I believe the solution from Bona actually leaves a better finish, and should work just fine in this machine. d) since each pad is moving in only one direction, the fibers tend to get dirty only on one side, leading to less capacity to hold dirt. You'll notice this when you remove the pads to clean them. Whereas, on the sonic duo the fibers were forced back and forth, allowing dirt to collect on both sides of the fibers (twice the holding capacity). But, knowing this, if you are working in a large area, or more dirt than usual, you learn to simply change pads more often. e) The sonic duo had led lights on the front, allowing you to really see where there may be water spots or other dirt that needed extra cleaning. This unit has no lights. Overall, I'm still quite pleased and think it will work fine. It's just requires a few changes to my routine. The pads seem to be tough and durable and should last a long time. They also clean up well. I don't machine wash them, rather I wash by hand with detergent and a brush, then wring them out and hang to dry.

Don't Think Twice - BUY THIS!
I had this on my wishlist for a long time. I'd been using the ole Swiffer Sweeper and Swiffer Wetjet combo to try to keep my floors clean. The home I moved into had white linoleum tile in a high traffic room and with NC red clay, the floors ALWAYS had a film on them, no matter how many times I mopped. Using the Wetjet, you could see the reddish line where it would just push dirt around instead of picking it all up. On occasions I wanted truly clean floors, I had to do it old school, with a bucket and rag on my hands and knees. I looked at this Bissell mop and all I could think was I'm going to spend more money on something that doesn't do anything but push the dirt around. So I avoided buying it for a while. Finally, one day it went on sale and I decided to give it a try. I WISH I'D BOUGHT IT SOONER!!!! This thing has been amazing!!! It was super easy to put together and it runs really really quiet. I could probably use this while other people would be sleeping and they'd never notice it. I did use the sample solutions it came with but I love that I can just use my own solution, and add a few drops of lemon essential oil for a good smell, and not have to constantly buy those wasteful plastic containers like with the Swiffer. The pads are super easy to attach. The velcro is super strong and has always held. This thing FINALLY GETS MY FLOORS CLEAN!!!! You have to go a little slow to make sure it picks up everything but its worth it. My floors look sooooo clean. No streak marks. And walking across after, it FEELS clean on your bare feet. The ONLY reason I only gave 4 stars on Easy to Use is because I will say that when using it along corners or walls, it can sometimes get away from you. If you are older or have issues with your wrist, it may be a bit of a struggle. But that's the only downside I see. Otherwise, this thing cleans really well against the baseboards, around corners (obviously its not going INTO a corner) and I love that I can just toss the pads in the washing machine after I get done. I used this for about two weeks then threw out my Swiffer Wetjet. I still use the Sweeper just to collect the dry debris before I mop, but I'm so happy to be able to have clean floors finally!.

Really does great job!
Great product! Really gets floor clean. With minimal effort. However for tough spots I needed tougher pads then the ones that came with machine. Tougher pads can be purchased independently.

Get one of these and throw out your mop and bucket!
Let me start by saying “Wow!” I used to use a rolling janitor style bucket and mop. It worked well, but was heavy and laborious. Filling, dunking, squeezing, then emptying, rinsing, and setting to dry. With the Bissell, you just put water in the chamber and add solution. I started with the small area level. I’ve done my kitchen, living room, dining room, and front hall. I still have almost half of what I put in the chamber left. I have LVP flooring, and it looks beautiful, shiny and clean. I didn’t even use the scrubber pads, just the regular ones. The machine is easy to use and surprisingly quiet when running. Gotta go do the rest of the house now, but was just so impressed I had to stop and share.

I’m happy with this purchase!
I’m happy with this purchase! It’s a quality mop, I love that there are 3 sets of pads that I can swap out and clean. Formula is long lasting because the tank fills with mostly water and then formula. The formula is quality too! Eliminates odors, cleans well— no sticky residue after drying. It has a long power cord which lends to flexibility while cleaning. It automatically shuts off when it’s clicked upright, sometimes that is frustrating and other times it’s convenient. It only moves forward and back, meaning it doesn’t quite work well when you need to rotate/turn it sideways. Rounded mop pads means that corners don’t get cleaned by the mop. I think this is worth the money I paid.

Incorrect Voltage Information
Good mop . However, the product details state 220V, but the actual power supply is 110V.
