Great tasting fresh drinking water
Love love love this ! My water taste so fresh and clean now after using this product… Due to physical limitations it’s very difficult for me to carry large quantities of bottled water repeatedly from the store to the car home etc. I started drinking the tapwater just to alleviate the stress from the heavy lifting, but it was terrible chalky smelled of chlorine Just wasn’t making me happy. I saw this product. I figured what the heck. Let’s try it and it was the best thing yet not only do I not have to carry a large amounts of water any longer. I am enjoying fresh clean water that is available to me constantly and without having to pay a bottle deposit I highly recommend this. It’s also very portable and easy to place in the refrigerator on the shelf to keep my water, nice and ice cold just the way I enjoy it.

Very useful filter system
I've used this filter for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. Even my dog loves the filtered water and is drinking more. I use it every day for tea and cooking. It truly makes a difference. The water runs through the filter very fast, which makes refills quick and easy. My tea pitcher is a half gallon, and I have another half gallon pitcher for other drinks like lemonade. The instructions for getting the system ready for every day use are easy to follow. I'm not having any leakage problems. I'm happy I bought this bigger unit because I refill it at least once a day and I have a small family. I'd buy this filter system again and I don't usually write reviews.

Stellar customer service!
So I had this water filter for 2 months and it worked great. Water filtered out the chlorine taste very well. When I replaced the filter and followed the instructions the light was continuously blinking without going out on the sliding cover. I looked up online that this is a known issue. Interacting and contact was easy-peasy. They offered to replace the part and sent out, to my surprise, an entire brand new unit quickly(2 days)! 10/10 will continue to use their products. Stellar service!

Spoke to customer care, got replacement filters, and I have Some Thoughts
So I had some issues with the initial filter that was shipped out with the tank. I reached out to their customer service and they were super kind to send out replacements. The taste of the water is delicious and, when you prep it correctly, the water does initially filter very quickly. However, what I've found is that its hit or miss when the filter actually allows the water to pass through it over time - say, for example, if you leave the whole tank on the counter while its filling so you can go back and put more in the top tank. This is the only reason this product gets a 4 from me instead of a 5. I'm still encountering the same issues with the replacement filters, albeit not as frequently. That isnt to say its a bad product, its just annoying.I do, however, appreciate the capacity of the tank itself. Its larger than, say, a typical Brita tank you might find at Walmart, and it feels sturdier, too. I also appreciate the variety of filters this company offers (from standard, to alkaline, etc). Idk, maybe I just initially got a dud and then one of the replacements decided to have a hissy fit, too, but overall I like the tank and tend to have to refill it two or three times a day (I drink a lot of water lmao)

100% Buy!
Bought this because I was sick of fighting with the small Brita pitcher I had and I LOVE IT. It’s very very quick to filter and has AMAZING capacity. Only thing that is a con at all is the water “pressure” out of the spout gets low when it’s 1/4 full or below. However, it holds/fills multiple 20 oz water bottles before needing to be filled.Chose Waterdrop over Brita this time because I had previously purchased one of WD’s sink filter attachments for a friends house who has town water, and WHAT a difference it made. She grew up on Vermont spring well water and says her water tastes almost identical to that now. Not only was it a cheap alternative, I also found one that came with a separate faucet that I installed for her too! LOVE WATERDROP!

Awesome Customer Service- Krystal!
*unpaid review.Water drop filters are amazing. I have recently grown aware of gut imbalances in my body due to mineral imbalances in water and toxic additives/ph level issues in bottled water. I have asthma and I struggle with histamine intolerance. So I can never figure out what is triggering my symptoms of illness.❌One day I looked over at the water filter & there was this green algae in the bottom portion of the water drop container. I washed it out thinking it would go away but I didn’t have any peace of mind about it. Then a few weeks later it happened again.✅I emailed customer service and spoke to someone named Krystal, who’s awesome. She instructed me to clean the tank with dish soap, and to re-evaluate after a few days. If the issue wasn’t resolved then, then she would send me a new container. At that point, I informed her this was the SECOND time the green sludge had appeared. Instead of asking for dates and/or more photos, she immediately sent me a new unit and told me to update her on its progress.I decided to buy water test strips to feel at peace. Below are the results of a water sample from my tap water, great value water bottles from Walmart, and finally a sample from the NEW water drop water filtration system. I will continue to clean the system every other month and test the water.I am not sure if this issue wasn’t a result of user error when installing the replacement water filter for the machine or if the machine defected but I am a customer for life! Also I do not put my water in the fridge, it stays out on the counter at room temperature which may allow for more contaminants quicker.👀I do wish the company provided water test strips or clearer instructions on when and how to clean the system. I think more confidence would be built with their product with clients if they were able to see for themselves how clean their water gets when it’s ran through water drops filtration system. The system is relatively easy to clean but the ability to know when it’s time to change the filter is unclear, as well as the cost 💲 for filters is a bit pricey.✅The larger size is awesome, less refills than the skinnier or smaller water drop options.
