Highly recommend this! Good quality product. Wraps nicely. Has long straps so even a bandaged foot fits. Stays cold for a long time and no leaks. Also comes with a bag that you place the boot in when in the freezer.

A lifesaver for reducing swelling on my heel post surgery. Cold enough but nice, thin, terry cloth inside against foot is soft and makes icing bearable. Comes with a big zip lock top bag to put ankle ice boot in your freezer which keeps anything you might get in the boot from goods in your freezer. I have very skinny ankle, narrow foot and the Velcro straps work easily to size this boot perfectly to my foot! This is a must for anyone needing to ice an ankle, foot or in my case fractured heel post surgery!

I’ve just been through my sixth foot surgery. New ice packs were needed, and plenty of them. Two toes, and four incisions and an anesthesiologist who did a terrible job on me at the hospital. I needed lots of relief at home. Elevation and ice packs and medication. I needed to keep my foot and ankle cold! I experimented with several styles. This one is great! It really really is cold and stays cold. It’s my third, my second was a DUD and is getting returned tomorrow! Number one is purple, it’s perfect and gets super cold, so cold it’ll make you want to remove it. Number two was not well made and barely got cold. The edges were subpar. One of the Velcro straps wasn’t stitched on well. I just want to make sure you check each gel compartment, freeze it well, and it should be tried with the slick side toward your foot. That’s the coldest side. It should be so cold you have to take it off. Use a lightweight sock as protection from freezing your skin. The velvet side is great when getting your foot and ankle as cold as possible fast as possible isn’t a big deal. I have not had any leaks! I don’t use the enclosed bags, I didn’t get the desired coldness. To get it chilled fast I placed something already frozen in the middle. Make sure to fold in your Velcro so it doesn’t grab any other Velcro if you have more then one. It’s a winner for me!

There are pros and cons to this ice wrap and it really just depends on what you need it for. I have plantar fasciitis and peroneal tendonitis in both feet so different parts of my feet hurt at different times. It helps with the tendonitis but when my heel hurts from PF this wrap is useless. There is no ice gel under the heel, only on the back of the heel and up the leg then on the upper part of foot close to the toes. So I just either sit my heel on it after taking it off or use a regular flat gel pack outta the freezer. I will say it gets very very cold! I can only leave it on for 7 to 8 minutes before the cold becomes painful. It stays cold for a good 20 minutes as well. I also love that it stays on when you move.

I had a major foot surgery and have had to ice it regularly. I wear a size 6-1/2” and this fits nicely. It freezes fast and the straps are very sturdy and have a great grip. The inside has a soft flannel type lining that is very soft and comfortable. The straps keep the wrap in place and does not slide around however, once it starts to thaw it may slip a little bit. I’ve found this wrap convenient and comfortable. The only down side is it doesn’t stay cold as long as I would like, but I’m thinking it’s because my foot was swollen and had fever in it. Overall, very pleased!

This is the foot/ankle wrap I've been looking for. It is one piece and wraps around the ankle and entire foot, except toes for this size 10 foot woman... it is icy cold and wraps perfectly around my tendon (tendonitis) and ball (arthritis) which both ache after a walk. It is fantastic. Buy two.

Wow this is the one!!! Stays super ice cold for the exact time you need it until you honestly need to take it off. Set the timer to 15-20 minutes! Trust me it’s COOOOLDDDD - nothing else can touch this product out there. Fits the foot and ankle PERFECTLY! I went through 2 other ice pack wraps for the ankle and nothing even comes close to this. If you have an ankle injury or need to lax the muscles etc this is THE ONE trust me no BS just works to the way we need. Thank you for making a product that finally healed my injury. 🙏

I have suffered from Plantar fasciitis and an Achilles problems. Love this ice pack as it covers the whole foot including my ankle. Very easy to put on.
