Great for stress.
As this covid situation has continued, I've needed new ways to destress and I've found things like stress balls have come in handy. These are a good value because you get five in a pack so I can share them and still have one. I like the squeezable factor of them so I can toss them, or squeeze them. The rope is also good for stress because I don't lose it when I'm playing with it. I do wish the string was longer though. I've played with adding different type of extensions to it to help with that. But they're great.

Poorly made
The product is poorly made - it looks like someone decided to shove an elastic shoelace into a ball and knot the ends. When I pulled on the shoelace it came apart. Besides, the shoelace is rough and does not feel smooth on the wrist. Total waste of money!
