Easy to apply, works great!
Got this to fortify my concrete driveway to survive harsh Nebraska winters and all the salt thrown down that eats away concrete. Since my driveway is an incline, I didn't want a sealant that would bead water on the surface, so as to not create an ice sheet during the winter. For these purposes, this product worked great! My driveway survived well, but the sidewalks on both sides of the bottom of my driveway, which i didn't spray with this densifier, had flaking chips breaking off the surface after this winter's melt. So, this summer, I bought more and densified my sidewalks as well in prep for the upcoming winter. Definitely recommend!!

Easy to apply and does what it claims
I can't speak to the longevity of this product, however it went on very well and certainly seemed to seal up my 30ish day old concrete slab. The slab itself did feel a bit denser to the touch, and it clearly reduced the amount of sealant needed. For instance I had estimated needing about 2.5 gallons of their 8505 sealant based on the published coverage rates. However after the 4500 I only used about 1.25 gallons of the 8505 sealant. For such a new concrete I definitely underestimated the coverage of the 4500 following their 1:1 dilution ratio and should have purchased more 4500 and less 8500.Immediately after application, be aware that the concrete may look very veiny, but neither product has changed the appearance once fully cured.

Decent Product, do research if this is for repair of an insufficient concrete slab pour
Do research as to the purpose of this product.I imagine that it does basically what it says it does. There were plenty of what seem like sponsored reviews, and I was sure to place those reviews in that context. There were a couple, maybe 3 scholarly articles that attempted to verify the manufacturers claims about the densification hardening and sealing. I recommend reading those before buying this to repair or help a weak concrete surface. This placed my expectations into context. What i learned during my research (forums, concrete institutions, and a few scholarly articles):A weak concrete pour cannot be made strong, with the material that is already part of the weak pour.Densifiers and sealers can make the symptoms less noticeable.A weak concrete will remain weak no matter what one applies to the surface.Sealers help with the symptoms of a weak concrete pour.Top coats like epoxy and others mechanically work to make a weak pour seem stronger and may be what one is looking for. There is no commercially available chemical process to make a weak concrete significantly stronger.

Great concrete protection
I used the Lithitek 4500 as a “primer” before applying the Siloxa 8510 sealer.l for my new garage. Works greats so far. I applied the 4500 first, waited a week, then applied the 8510. Water just beads up in the concrete floor instead of soaking in and creating a wet spot. I like that it soaks in to the concrete instead of creating a surface barrier. I prefer the look of dry concrete instead of having a shiny gloss coating. I haven’t tested oil repellency yet, and not sure if I want to. I might drop some in a corner where I’ll never see it and see how well it cleans up.

Easy to apply; great to densify concrete
Easily applied Ghostshield 4500 using a 1-gallon sprayer full strength; I wanted to strengthen both my walkway and driveway. 24-hrs it was ready for the sealer. Very pleased with the initial results. Only time will tell if the concrete shows little wear. I would and did purchase more after this initial application to the remainder of my driveway. Got the first smaller amount for a test. It passed that test with flying colors.

Great Product
Quick shipping, and I am very satisfied with the results. Application was easy with handheld pump sprayer, and waterproofing effects on my pool deck were noted soon afterwards. Will purchase again for future projects.

Bad products and they will not stand behind them!
This is a bad product and terrible customer support. This product does not last. I applied 4500 as a primer to apply siloxa tek 8510 (5 gallon $550). I applied in 2023 according to the instructions and everything was great initially. I noticed that early 2025 that my driveway was absorbing water. It wasn't just spots here and there that was absorbing water. It was the whole driveway that was absorbing water. I contacted customer support for a warranty claim.I explained my method of application. Both products were applied to a 3 year old concrete driveway. Here are the steps I took:1) Thouroughly cleaned driveway and let the driveway dry for 2 days2) I diluted the Lithitek 4500 1:1 with distilled water and sprayed the driveway and let it dry for 7 days. While it was drying, there was no traffic on the driveway.3) I then used a leaf blower to clear the driveway after the 7 days.4) I sprayed the 8510 with no dilution. I used 2 coats (soaked but not runny). I made sure the do the 2nd coat right after the first coat while the driveway was still wet. I let the driveway cure for 2 days before driving on it.Here is their response: "I can understand your frustration with the situation, however there are unknown variables, and they may have played a part in the service life of the sealer. Not having enough sealer to seal could have played a part or if the concrete was porous and took in the sealer extensively, it may have needed more than the general recommendation. Also factor’s like substrate not containing a proper amount of certain ingredients can cause a less effective seal. There are also other unknown factors of exposure and cleansing applications. Unfortunately it is hard to say for sure. From what you have told me it may have needed additional coats, until the product is applied, this is something that may not have been foreseen. If you would like a discounted rate for additional product please let me know. I am happy to help. "Basically, NO WARRANTY. This explanation could be used to invalidate a warranty in any circumstance. I am not going to purchase any more of this product just to have it fail and no warranty. Go with another brand that stands behind their products.

extremely easy to use,
great product, great customer service. I had also purchased the 8500 sealer and found out it was the wrong product for the project I was doing, contacted Ghostshield customer service, Reta got me on tract, and I returned the 8500 and the new product 5505 has already been delivered..great service!
