I have been taking these for around 3 weeks and I just realised that my skin is looking really good. Recently I have just been using a tinted SPF sun screen no foundation and feel happy. Easy to take if you can swallow tablets. They are a good strength and do what I expect from a collagen supplement. Have put these on repeat order as they are also a good price.

I found a couple of empty capsules in my bottle, so perhaps they had split for some reason, I’ve never had that issue before with vitamin capsules.

Brilliant, I feel they are benefiting my skin.These are capsules, but I like the fact that the taste is subtle, so I find I usually open up the capsule and empty it onto food. That said, I am happy to swallow them as they are if it’s more convenient.Would recommend and purchase again.

I feel better after taking these capsules..they are rather big so need plenty of water to take them with.

have not noticed any difference yet but will persevere

This is the second bottle of these and I have found that they are really working. I take 2 capsules a day and my hair is thick, my nails are a lot stronger. Very happy with these
