Decent product
Hasn’t helped skin or hair so far but has greatly improved bloating and going to the toilet is much easier after using.

Watch out for Iodine accumulation if you consume dairy/eggs daily!
I started taking 2 capsules daily (half dose) of this Marine Collagen from the first day of my last cycle. Even with a half dose, it caused an 8-day delay in my period and severe sleep disruption/joint aches. After analyzing the ingredients, I realized each serving contains Iodine (Potassium Iodine), which directly stimulates the thyroid gland. If you live in the UK and regularly consume milk (dairy) and eggs daily, your body already gets enough iodine. Adding this marine complex can lead to iodine overload, delaying ovulation and disrupting your menstrual cycle. While it works wonders for bruising and wound healing due to collagen peptides, please be cautious of the hormonal side effects if your body is sensitive to iodine. I switched to a pure bovine (iodine-free) collagen instead.

Great quality and effective
I’m really impressed with the quality of these collagen supplements. The capsules feel high quality, and I’ve noticed they are more effective than my previous collagen supplements, which had a lower collagen strength. After switching to this higher-strength formula, I feel I’ve seen better results. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a good-quality collagen supplement.
