Excellent rope
Great rope for the price. I'm a retired arborist but I still take down a few trees every year. This rope is great for pulling trees for felling

Beware shipping charges!
This is a great climbing rope. It has both the strength and the abrasion resistance quality needed for tree work. The only reason I gave it four stars is the shipping charges brought the price near $100.00. Paying almost $30.00 for shipping charges, which are hidden until you make the purchase, seems to me a hidden way to lure you into thinking you are buying a quality rope for extraordinary price. Otherwise I have no complaints about the rope itself.

15mm too thick...
This rope was bought as a gift for me. Yes, it seems like solid, no holds barred, rope. Unfortunately, at 15mm, its way too thick for any of the standard climbing devices which most will only accept rope upto 13mm thick. Buyer beware. I guess I can always just use it for making various rigs.

not bad
You get what you pay for. I should have "milked" the rope before use because the third time using it milked up on me inches off the ground. I haven't tried it as a handline yet my hopes are it works well for that.

really nice rope
really nice rope especially for climbing. Great knot controll and nice for repelling. I was concerned with the low price but it did not affect the quality.

worked great
WE used it for cutting trees. It held a lot of weight because it was a huge tree that was hanging over the house.it was easy to work with. I was a little concerned by it's thickness. It did exactly whqt we wanted it to do.
