It made me wish I was one of those special people who like to film themselves unboxing their mail. Oh well. The moss smelled a bit... I dunno... mildew-y or something so I repotted it immediately. There was the usual amount of clean up (trim/peroxide) needed to the root system, but there are plenty of nice fat roots there to help it get situated in it's new home. There's a damaged leaf, but considering there's 2 whole fans full of leaves, I'm not complaining. While I wouldn't say this an immediately gift-able plant, I am very pleased for the price. Thrilled in fact. Honestly, I don't mind a bit of cosmetic wear and tear. I know I can get it looking good, and if I can't because the plant arrived damaged, the seller will send me a new one (I am a repeat customer because of this). Thanks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Plants are well and thriving. *by P***N on June 28, 2021* Second update: replacement is healthy and thriving after a year. Same w β€œHisui”, after a year it was transferred into a small pot w mostly moss which it seemed to prefer as it’s putting out 2 new growths right away.Update: Responsive and attentive customer service with healthy replacement on the way.Surprised and disappointed to find infected and rotting orchid upon opening the package. Had 3 leaves with only one that appears viable. Removing the moss proved the seedling was in much worse shape; roots were missing, the remaining ones were broken and didn’t look healthy. There is no reason for a vendor to even ship this out to a client. This could easily spread the infection our plants. Quality control is really lacking. Also the epithet β€œwhite snow” will likely cause confusion as that variety (Shirayuki η™½ι›ͺ) already exists which has mottled variegation of the leaves. ### ⭐⭐ It is clean and healthy, but very tiny, one leaf fall off on delivery . *by K***N on August 25, 2022* Leave are about 1 1/2 inch height, 1/8 width . ## Frequently Bought Together - Flowering-Size Orchid: Neofinetia Falcata 'Amami Island' (White Snow), (30 Days Healthy Plant Guarantee) - Miniature Orchid: Aerangis Kotschyana (Kotschy's Aerangis), Wood Mount - Angraecum Didieri, Didier's Angraecum, White Flower --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/232496948-flowering-size-orchid-neofinetia-falcata-amami-island-white-snow-30](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/232496948-flowering-size-orchid-neofinetia-falcata-amami-island-white-snow-30) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
