It's Ok
I just started a new job (cashier) and I brought this hoping it would help me not to feel so anxious while I'm at work. I would say it works, it puts a control on anxiety so I don't feel overwhelmed but it doesn't get rid of it completely and the effects only last a couple of hours. The pills are too big for me to take, I have choked twice trying to swallow them with water, so I opened up the pill and mix the contents with the water and I drink it that way. I don't know if by doing that it will work the same way it would if I swallowed the tablet whole but that is how I choose to take them. I would take three in the morning before I go to work and like I said the effects last a couple of hours so by the time I get off, I feel stressed again. Since they aren't working that effectively I stopped taking them.

It works. When I get a severe panic attack ...
It works. When I get a severe panic attack I take two and the fast heart beating and shaky hands seem to subside in about 15 minutes. My mind seems to not race either. I've been using this product for about two years now and it has really helped me out.

This seems to help in a subtle way. I take 2 a day. I am in the process of weaning off from Cymbalta and think this is helping with the process.

Made Me Worse.
I suffer with very bad gad anxiety disorder and depression. I am on medication for it by the doctor. But I find the medication was not working for me. So I have seen this item on Amazon and been reading all the good reviews for it. After trying this tablets. I have not been feeling any better only more worse. So I have binned the tablets and going to ask if I can talk to a different doctor. I recommend for anyone that suffers with very bad anxiety to see their doctor and to stay away from this tablets.I have only not that long ago lost me grandad by cancer. I'm still finding it hard to over come it. Thanks 🙂
