The present blank billet is handmade by forging 1095 & 15N20 carbon steels folded over each other forming over 256 layers, resulting in a stunning blade pattern. Damascus steel knives are renowned for their tough blade and long endurance of their edges. OVERALL LENGTH 10" WIDTH. 2" THICKNESS. 4.7mm(approximately) ROCKWELL HARDNESS 58 TO 60 HRC NUMBER OF LAYERS 200+. Warning: Take care when removing product from packaging.
