Attractive item with no sound
The product is really eye catchy. It looks like a wind chime but there is "no sound" in it what the other normal wind chime usually emanates..Other than that part,this item includes both metal and plastic..the bell is all made with metal n the flower lik thing is made in plastic..In overall i can say this product is good..

Looks really good. Well crafted. However, the chimes do not ring with the wind. You'll need a tornado to get the bells to ring.
