A+++++ all the way around.
This is an amazing massager. I got it because I had a massage with a bamboo stick on a cruise and it was amazing the way it relieved my tension, by rolling it over your muscles. It seemed effortless because the leghnth makes it easy to roll without having to put much effort into it to get really deep. But unless you want to spend hundreds on bamboo, this is the next best thing, as it rolls with rollers even when using oils. Awesome product.

Works great. It's like a compact roller that allows you to treat areas that are hard to reach via roller. I think both are needed to get the full effect. Each has it's benefits. Together they will get those muscles RIGHT and get you ready to work out!!

Rollers are set too tightly.
The product is okay but the rollers are so tight they don't roll unless you press very hard.

Can definitely recommend
Easy to use and very effective. This type of roller was recommended to me by my fitness instructor. I already use a foam roller, which is great, but not always practical to use. This roller is perfect for what I need. I suffered an upper thigh strain and could use this so much more easily. Being able to regulate the amount of pressure applied was great (not so easy when foam rolling )

BYCFitness Muscle Roller Stick is more like a Rolling Pin used in baking
The design of this Muscle Roller Stick mimics that of THE ELITE, but falls short on performance.I own both of these rollers. Comparison findings:This BYC Fitness brand uses the Elite design, but the roller rings are a bit smaller in diameter and the surface of each roller is 'flat' with some grooves etched in each ring. Think 'rolling pin' as used in baking.. essentially a flat surface regarding the rollers.Now, The ELITE Muscle Roller has roller rings that are a bit larger, but the most important feature is that each roller is a 'domed' or 'rounded' formation on each surface. This features allows the rollers to perform individually. This is what gives the muscle tissue a deeper, yet gentle, massage to work out the tightness in the muscle.Both of these Muscle Roller Sticks are sold on Amazon.Hope this is helpful.

Loved by Lax Players
This stick is great, and is my second time buying one like this. My high school lax player tried to steal mine, so I bought this one for him. He reports that he and his teammates love it. It is just as durable and works just as well as the one that cost me almost twice as much.

Best Ever!
Excellent!! I have tried a bunch of similar products on the market and this one is absolutely the best one out there! It works my muscles in a way no other product has been able to. I am an avid rock climber and this keeps me in the gym day after day. I bought them for my climbing friends and they all rave about it! I SWEAR BY THIS!!

Three Stars
I sent a review earlier with 3 stars because I hadn't used the Muscle Roller much. Have used it a lot more and upgraded my rating. I bought and tested 3 Muscle Rollers: BYCFitness, Tiger Tail, and The Stick. The Stick is narrower with rollers and feels a little painful to use. It does flex some. The Tiger Tail is what I used at the gym and I do like it with its soft cover. The BYCFitness is the one I like the best. The rollers are larger (then The Stick) and feels more like a message when pressure is applied. I kept the BYCFitness and the Tiger Tail. A friend bought The Stick from me.
