Great piece for the money

I'm so glad I found this sink protector after I bought my new sink. It's perfect for not only protecting the sink but if you wanted to wash something, say a pot, or a dish, you don't have to get out your dish rack. You simply just lay it in the sink to dry because it's not sitting directly on the sink. It can drip dry. So that's very convenient. And it looks really good. I use to have a rubber mat. I hated it. Food would always get stuck under the mat and it always discolored and I'd have to buy a new one. This stainless steel one doesn't stain and it's up high enough (maybe 1") that you can just use your sprayer to spray the extra pieces of food down your garbage disposal without having to move the protector. I love it. Thank you.

If you have this sink, you WANT this grid! Just finished a gut kitchen remodel, and we got the Blanco sink in cafe brown (gorgeous). I didn't even know this product existed, but I'm so glad it showed up as a "suggestion." Here's why I like it:* Keeps everything off the surface of the sink, so it acts like a drainer for things I just rinse out, or hand-wash and don't put in the dishwasher.* Brightens up the bottom of the sink a bit, which is nice because the sink is dark brown.* It raises up the bottom of the sink slightly - another plus because this sink is SO deep and much deeper than my old one.* It protects the sink from scratches (according to other users) but I can't comment on that because 1) our sink is brand-new and wasn't subjected to much use before buying this and 2) it's my understanding that these sinks are really resistant to damage in the first place.Yes, it's a little bit pricey, I suppose. (But after the last bill from the contractor, anything seems OK by comparison...) I was prepared to return it if I thought it wasn't worth it, but two minutes after it was in use, I was convinced.

So happy I purchased this. High quality at a fair price. Fits our black sink perfectly. Sink WAS like a dark hole. Now its nice and bright. Keeps from scratching sink. Looks great. Serves as a drying rack. Very satisfied.

It fits beautifully, and makes the sink much more useful. Good product.

I love it. I have a granite sink that is chipped. This saves it from being damaged and was $50 cheaper than build.com
