Health King Jointflexer Herb Tea, Teabags, 20-Count Box (Pack of 4)

I first found this tea in an Asian market. I scoffed at the idea that a tea could help with my joint stiffness. But for $7, felt it was worth a shot, since if nothing else I'll have tea to drink. You can imagine my surprise when, after a mere three days of drinking a cup a day, I noticed I no longer woke up with various joints popping and cracking. Neck, hips, shoulders, all suddenly felt great. A happy side effect is that it's been a boon for general energy and helping me feel less sore after exercise. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.The instructions call for 2-4 bags/cups a day for best effects. I can tell you right now, one cup a day will do you just fine. So long as you're consistent with it every day, it will do you wonders.

Great Tea for joint pain but this seller advertises 4 boxes of 20 tea bags each & has only sent 1 box in each of my 2 orders...beware, per Amazon,, this is a 3rd party seller!

This is a mild pleasant tasting tea I haven't used enough to.know if it does have a positive effect on joint issues . this is traditional Chinese Medicine.
