Hautton 【200 Pieces】 Plastic Army Men, Toy Story Soldiers Bucket, Model Military Figures Set for Boys Kids Children, Combat Battle Playset with Plane Helicopter Tank

I have 7 grandchildren, 5 boys and 2 girls. The oldest boys are now 23 and 20. The two youngest at 4 and 7 play with the same toys at my house that the bigger boys used to play with. Toy soldiers are a classic toy. Scale doesn't come into it. The fact that the soldiers wouldn't be able to fit in the tiny tanks and planes matters not. Weirdly, from a female point of view, there are about 10 'Officers' who are twice the size of the other soldiers. The lower ranks are fixed onto a plastic platform in a set position and an adult can tell what they are supposed to be doing which is helpful when inevitably the four year old asks. The officers have moveable arms and legs and can (just about) hold a variety of little plastic weapons. They can stand up independently. However they are not to be confused with the Army set of 8 Hautton soldiers which are bigger and much better made ,although they have similar expressions. Both boys play with these soldiers and staging for hours. Fortunately their father was in the military because its hard for me to explain some of the fixtures such as the rocket launcher! The biggest wow factor is the quantity. I bought a pack of extra soldiers knowing that they wouldn't think there was enough in this pack but the boys love all the staging and the vehicles and flags etc. From the point of play value it is the best toy ever and they happily mix them up with the 20 year old soldiers and tanks despite the size differences. Scale, colour, uniform, type of weapons don't seem to matter. Quantity is everything.

I bought this for my 10 year old grandson for Christmas and he really likes it. When it arrived I was surprised how much "stuff" was in there - really good value and many happy hours of fun.

Stands up to rugged play. Some disproportionate pieces..aircraft to people. Would recommend.

For the money it’s very good , the grandchildren play with it for hours .
