As someone that tends to walk 15-20,000 steps per day I burn through trainers quite quickly. Due to my gait and over pronating I often wear the front of the sole out quickly. Chucking these super comfy cushions of air and gel in them let my feet feel like I’m bouncing on pillows as opposed to burning through to the cold hard concrete! The quality is great and I’ve been using these for years, I’m so happy to have found them on Amazon! Great for anyone looking for a little extra comfort or protection from a foot injury as pain relief as the air and gel don’t compress over time you get a lot of bang for your buck with these bad boys! Be sure to take out the original inner sole so it doesn’t raise your foot too high in the shoes!

These replaced the original, worn, insoles of my Scarpa boots. I chose these as I was suffering pain in my toes which I had had years before, diagnosed as Morton’s Neuroma. I normally wear a size 8 shoes but my boots are 9.5 so I chose the 9-10 size Inserts. They were very tight to get in but immediately comfortable to wear. Highly recommended.

Excellent for cushioning. Only thing to be aware of is that it's thicker/higher then a normal inner sole and so it will raise your foot making the heel feel less snug.

Bought these a few times, good proper upgrade for any running shoes, also good if you spend long amounts of time on your feet.

Excellent gir plantar fasciitis

The insoles have good cushioning effect around the heel. However,I have a metartsalgia problem affecting ball of my foot and cushioning is limited it does help the condition but not significantly

I've tried so many cheaper versions for my running trainers. These insoles are a bit more expensive but I swear by them now. They're really comfortable and the quality is second to none. The only thing bizarre is the sizing I ordered 9-10 and they fit perfect in my size 8 trainers. One of my work colleagues told me to order that size from experience. Not sure why this is.

These are the "running" version, although I used the arch fit ones before. These feel less supportive and not as snug a fit inside the shoe but still incredibly well cushioned. Do a great job of making a run seem less impactful!
