I’m beyond happy with this product. My breast pump came with a 30mm insert and a 25mm insert and both were absolutely painful to use. After doing some research I found out that most women are actually a 17mm. I measured myself and added 2mm as recommended (I actually needed a 14mm but that doesn’t exist so went with a 15mm). The 15mm insert fits great and there was absolutely zero pain, I’ve been able to harvest colostrum for when my baby arrives. Will definitely order again if and when I need a bigger size as that can happen through feeding. Thanks!! :)

Perfect fit for my Lansinoh electric breast pump! The pump comes with a 24 mm flange, but I need a 17 mm size. This insert fits perfectly, is comfortable to use, and made pumping much more comfortable. The only downside is that some flange inserts have soft silicone edges, which I think help create a better seal and improve suction. This one doesn’t have that feature, so that’s a small drawback.

These are great I have bought 17 and 19 for my medela electric pump as I couldn't get that size direct from Medela but their sizes don't fit. Difference between being able to express or not, so fantastic this supplier offers these thank you

I've doubled my milk production now I have a correctly fitting flange I'm so happy, so much more comfy too.

Much better flange size for pumping but not great for larger breasts as funnel section too small and not flared enough and as a result very easy to lose suction. Need to hold onto breast rather than being able to use pumping bra.

I have the Medela manual pump and it only comes with the 24mm flange.. that was ridiculous and made pumping very uncomfortable. I looked into it a bit more and realised I needed a much smaller flange. This one works and fits the pump (and me!) perfectly. It actually feels more like baby feeding than It does pumping. It comes with two flanges and a little brush to clean the insert. Would definitely advise if you have a need for a smaller flange.

I got this because the back valves on my rented medela harmony stopped working. But these don’t fit the round edges tubing of the medela personal flex fit kit which is what harmony comes with now. I found that it fits the old tubing which has triangular Edges which is impossible to find on spares anyway unless it’s old in which case can’t be used anyway. This is misleading and I wish I’d known before spending so much. They should provide the right tubing with the connectors which would solve the issue.

These are just what I needed. I have needed smaller flanges from the get-go, and have used Maymom from the beginning to help manage my oversupply and keep my baby from getting too much foremilk. I started with the Maymom 19mm flanges and have eventually come down through 17mm and 15mm as my nipples got smaller with continued breastfeeding. My lactation consultant said I'd be in 13mm by 6 months in order to keep getting a full drain and she was right. These fit well and work with my Medela Pump in Style and my Medela Harmony hand pump. I actually like these better than the previous Maymom flanges I have that are one piece (the shield and the connector) for two reasons. First, this can be used with the Medela Harmony hand pump, because it's just the shield (one piece flanges didn't work, leaving me without an easy portable option). And second, these shields have the size stamped on them (for whatever reason, the other Maymom shields don't have the size labelled, which is kind of annoying when you have 3 different sizes now like I do). Now, I just have to hope that my nipples are done shrinking, because 13mm is the smallest size .... theoretically, they have to stop changing at some point, right? They won't vanish into oblivion ...

Bought this to go with my Medela Pump in Style with Max Flow. It attaches perfectly to my pump with no other pieces or accessories required.

I stumbled on these by chance after a lactation consultant helped measure me for proper flange fit and I needed 16 mm. I pump exclusively, so fit is super important. I decided to try these crater-shaped flanges because I have round, full breasts and elastic, flat-ish nipples. These are now my FAVORITE. I don’t lose contact/suction so easily anymore, so I don’t have to hold the flanges super tight to my breasts the whole time I’m pumping. I can relax a little and let my bra hold them in place. The fit is just so much better than a standard funnel-shaped flange for me. I’ll for sure order more.

I use this on my Lansinoh manual pump while my baby nurses on the other side during night feeds to relieve engorgement. They also fit on the electric double breast pump. The quality is amazing! I have Medela brand flanges as well and they have sharp edges (so when I massage during pump sessions to get the milk out more efficiently, they are uncomfortable on my breasts); these Maymom flanges have smooth edges so I much prefer these! I love all of the side options offered from this brand as the 1 or 2 sizes most brands offer is for a lot of women not enough.
