Spenco Total Support Max Insole Women 5-6/Men 5-6

Here’s a polished version: I have bunions, and the Spenco insoles help my feet spread more naturally, reducing stress on the bunions. They also decrease the pressure on the calluses caused by the bunions, which has helped them heal and improved my overall comfort when walking.

Fui aun podólogo deportivo. Me hizo todo el estudio biomecánico y concluyó que todos mis problemas eran por falta de soporte. Me diseño unas plantillas a medida pero tardan 30 días en llegar, mientras decidi probar estas de Spenco y el resultado es impresionante. Son extremadamente cómodas, no noto dolor ni presión en la planta y eso que son de arco alto, pero amortiguan y están bien acolchadas. En mi caso, que tengo pie valgo el resultado es perfecto. Las compararé con las personalizadas cuando lleguen, pero mientras son una gran ayuda. Mi recomendación, vayan con un podólogo deportivo si tienen problemas severos, yo llegué a romperme el meniso corriendo, por falta de sujeción y eso afecta desde el pie a la cadera.

LE DOY CUATRO ESTRELLAS PORQUE TENGO MUY POCO TIEMPO USANDOLAS (SOLO TRES SEMANAS). HASTA EL MOMENTO TODO BIEN.

This is the 1st pair of Total Support Max I've bought. The previous 3 were Total Support Original, which have been great. These feel a bit firmer and maybe the arch support is a little higher; a bit hard to tell. Still very supportive but not quite as comfortable as the Originals as far as I'm concerned.
