Retractable Dog Leash with Reflective Tape by Serendipity (Pink)

Broke after a month (reel is locked and leash wont retract).

The reflecting is acceptable, not great. The leash itself is just too short for my little 7 pound dog. We never use this leash.

I bought 2 of these leashes for 2 dogs - 6 & 11 lbs. I bought the first one and loved it - then bought the second and hated it. Poor quality consistency. The first one worked smoothly and remains in good use after 8 months - no complaints. The other identical leash had frequent problems with the lock button 'sticking.' We would have to tug sharply on the leash to release the lock. The inner spring on the problem leash broke after about 6 months - now the retractable mechanism is completely useless. I do love the neon reflective tape, especially in the short winter days.

The retractable dog leash works just fine for our large dog. This is more convenient than the solid one piece lease. Operates the same as ones costing 2/3 as much.

Good convenient leashes. These are wide tape type leashes so you don't get the burns that you might with the string type leashes. They are reflective at night as well, and they are a shorter, manageable length than some of those long retractables that you see. The lock is two-position, meaning you can permanently lock the length you want, or you can just hold the button part way to give your dog a "nudge" to move along.

I just purchased this leash 2 months ago and it already broke. The spring within the leash that retracts it broke, so now it's just an extra long dog leash. My dog is about 18lbs and doesn't pull on leashes, so maybe we just got a dud. Otherwise I found it to be a good size for a retractable leash - just turned out to be a waste of our money.

my wife misread the description. we ended up with a string type retractable, much lighter weight for toy size dog.

I love this leash. I wasn't sure how well this leash would work due to the price but it is made well. The lock button is wonderful and is a very strong leash.
