This made a real difference to me
I’ve only just got these & have used on my recent run. It is a small rectangular caffeine strip placed in the mouth where it dissolves. For the first 15 mins there was no difference but when it kicked in I felt my legs being boosted & I had this energy which felt sustainable. I look forward to trying this enhancer at a proper race in coming weeks. Very happy with this purchase!

Great little boost when your out!
I usually have 3 cups of tea a day for the caffeine and revvies are great for when your out and need caffeine, but tea isn't available. You don't really notice the caffeine, but it keeps you going. Taste isn't great and that's why I dropped a star, but they dissolve quite quickly in your mouth. A mouth full of water usually clears the left over taste. The Arctic charge is probably the best tasting in my opinion. I think they are worth the price for the convenience and have used hundreds of these over the years.
