This is a beautifully made cashmere beanie with a lovely accent design at the crown. Unfortunately, it was just a little too snug. Sadly, I had to return it.

From the moment this cap arrived, I fell in love with it! I needed something to keep my head warm after a surgical procedure. I wear this (with a cotton handkerchief, as needed), and it feels soft and gently protective, with or without the handkerchief! It fits just right, does not put too much pressure on the surgical site.I am so glad I splurged on this cap! I bought two others, one cotton and one synthetic, and this is my favorite!

This item although very elegant and soft and is actually cashmere doesn't actually flip up. The product image might be misleading if you are expecting a normal hat with a cuff you can flip up or leave longer. Because of this construction the hat has a chainstitch where the ribbed portion of the hat meets the body. Because of this stitch the hat will be uncomfortable if your head is larger than a childrens size. I had to return it.

My son told me his girlfriend was wearing her “new” cashmere hat all weekend on their ski trip. Who does not love cashmere? I wanted her to know how soft, warm and unencumbered this knit is. And, my son enjoyed seeing her in it. I put effort into finding a cashmere beanie that has a chic design because with a bit of care they last decades. This knit hat exceeds expectations, smiles everywhere, highly recommended.

Product looks okay but these hats normal come in a lively box and this hat was scrunched up in a ripped bag. Not good.
