The media could not be loaded. The order came quickly and was packaged well. I used them on the outside of balloons that I had made into balloon columns. They gave them an extra special sorta bling to them and people just loved them! I would highly recommend these, they are super easy to use and you will not be disappointed! They have 3 different settings so you can choose which one is right for you! I pulled them off at the end of the night and plan on using them again. The video is before the party as I was decorating, hope it shows the true effect that the party dots have. I will order again and again!!
