Great taste and lots of Kick!
I use a couple teaspoons of this when I Finish a large batch of chow mein on my black stone and it is delicious with a nice kick!

Not too hot, salty in a good way with complex flavor profile. Use it on lots of things as a condiment and in many recipes. My favorite so far! Try it on eggs or burgers!
