No side effects
I have used this product for about a month. I had to cut the dose in half since the full dose gave me a headache. No side effects with the half dose and it seems to make me feel relaxed.

It balances my hormones.
I like how this gives me energy again. I have a pituitary tumor and have to take supplements to regulate my hormones. Thats expensive. This has achieved a similar effect with far less cost and no prescription needed.

Used for menopause hot flashes, after taking it for a week, 1 in the am & 1 in the pm. No more hot flashes!!! 👍

Excellent supplement trio
This has a three punch of Ashwagandha, Relora, and L Theanine. For me has been a wonderful combination. I take 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM and that combo has been working so far for me.
