However, if you live in the United States NO one at Tramontina will return your texts, calls or emails. Sadly my family accidentally lost 2 of the salad forks. I am looking to buy replacements. I have made every attempt to contact Tramontina with NO response. So if you have a future problem there is NO help. I also have and love their cookware. It is sad and frustrating to have no way to get replacements. I contacted Amazon which they provided links to other sellers who didn’t even look like the sold Tramontina. Tramontina finally contacted me 10/31. I was told by a representative, Tramontina DOES NOT sell individual or replacement silver ware. So buyer beware if you lose or damage your silver ware you must buy an ENTIRE set to replace them. This is beyond frustrating so at this time I don’t recommend this company at all.
