Can you use this to draw lines on walls for home improvement projects and then clean it off the wall?

They are designed to able to be washed off. I would do a test before marking the whole wall. Also, I would not leave it on for an extended period of time or extreme heat.

Can you use it on dry eraser white board?

That's what we call a colorful question. Since Crayola Ultra-Clean Washable Markers may leave a lasting impression on whiteboards, we recommend using Crayola Take Note! Dry-Erase Markers. The bold ink colors in these dry-erase markers are designed to erase easily off whiteboards. We hope this helps!

can these markers be used on kids stencils?

The stencil has to be large enough for the tip so smaller stencils won't work.

Will I receive 2 sets of markers as it states?

Only one set. where do see 2 pack?
