I’ve tried a few diaper balms, and this one has been one of my favorites for everyday use. I was specifically looking for something with simple, organic ingredients, and Earth Mama delivered. It feels clean and safe, especially for sensitive skin. The texture is smooth and easy to apply. It’s more of a soft balm than a thick paste, so it spreads easily without tugging on irritated skin. I’ve used it both as a preventative layer and at the first sign of redness, and it helped calm mild irritation pretty quickly. Pros: Made with organic, clean ingredients. Very gentle on sensitive skin. Spreads easily and absorbs well. Light, natural scent (not overpowering). Cons: Not as thick or heavy-duty as zinc-based creams for severe diaper rash. Small container for the price. Can feel slightly oily right after application. Overall, this has worked great for prevention and mild irritation in our routine. For more serious rashes, I still keep a stronger cream on hand, but for daily use, this is a product I feel really good about using.

The best diaper balm ever. Healed my son’s irritated bum in less than 24 hours when he was a newborn. 5.5 months in, my son hasn’t had any type of rash since. I also use it under his armpits and in between his neck folds everyday and it keeps the skin irritation away! I love the way it smells too. Earth mama brand is the best. Their stuff is a little pricey but it’s worth it to me because it’s so effective.

I love this diaper balm with my cloth diapers because it doesn’t jeopardize the integrity of the cloth fabric! Other diaper creams coat the fibers of the diaper and the diaper becomes water repellent. With mama earths organic diaper balm, this does not happen. It also seems to work with diaper rash and will soothe and take my baby‘s diaper rash away in less than 24 hours. Beware as the expiration date does matter I have found throughout the years of using this product. The product does work better when it’s not expired. The smell of this product is really natural and nice!

My 4 month old never gets rashes and out of nowhere got one so bad I was almost ready to take her to the hospital the day of my 30th birthday party. It arrived in the morning and within just 2 or 3 hours her rash cleared up significantly. Now, 2 days later her rash is just about 100% gone. I am in awe, and so grateful it brought me to tears. If you're browsing because your baby needs a quick relief or you want to apply preventatively I STRONGLY encourage you to get this product. Clean organic ingredients, smells great, and works better than anything else 'organic' I tried.

Great diaper balm. The ingredients do not irritate my baby. It works so well she has not had any diaper rashes since being home. I also enjoy the face balm from this brand as well.

Never once did baby have a diaper rash and I’ve only ever used this balm. I buy a separate one to use all over baby’s body (yes it can be used everywhere!) and they’re skin is flawless. It’s smells so fresh and is completely natural. Will only ever recommend this brand

This is a very good diaper balm. Even though it says it can be used for many purposes, I have only used it for my baby since the beginning. I’ve been using it for 40 days now, and it has not caused any irritation, rash, or redness. My baby has sensitive skin, and this product has worked really well. It helps keep the skin hydrated and also prevents the diaper from sticking. The texture feels nice and smooth. It does have a scent, which I assume comes from the herbs. The smell is not unpleasant, but it is quite strong and can still be noticeable even after putting on the diaper and clothes. I’m giving it 4 stars only because of the packaging. Since it is an organic and natural product, I expected the container to be made of a different, higher-quality material, it looks and feels a bit cheap. The balm comes in a good quantity and lasts well. I actually already ordered my second one before the first runs out. Overall, I do recommend it — it’s a really good product.
