OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro 13 x 18-Inch Half Sheet

I luv, luv this baking pan! It’s a dream to clean. And I’ve cooked bbq chicken , burgers and spicy fish with no spraying or foil. Plus the size is great. I was skeptical when it said not to use cooking spray or foil but it was true. I even like the color and style of it which is not as important but still cool.

I had been looking for a nonstick baking sheet to reduce my use of aluminum foil. I found it. This pan works great. It’s recommended not to use cooking spray because the film can build up and take away the effectiveness of the nonstick. Even better. We cooked salmon the other night and with no spray, no foil, it cooked perfectly and did not stick! Washing is easy-simple wipe with a sponge and warm water…I don’t use the dishwasher. During the first use, it buckled but then resumed the normal shape and never buckled again. It’s perfect and worth the money. Highly recommended!!

The OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro sheet pan is awesome! I use it mainly for roasting meats and veggies. I can get great crispy skin on chicken with this pan. Roasted potatoes get great color. The pan cleans up in a snap. No need for scrubbers or scouring. Just brush off stuck on food, hand wash, and the pan looks like new! I don't get any residue. The pan does warp under heat (which is typical of most pans like this), but the shape returns once it cools down. Overall, this is the best sheet pan I have ever used.

It is a well made baking pan and it's very sturdy. It is a bit pricey but well worth what I paid for it. The cleanup was a breeze. It looked like the drippings from my baked chicken wings had burned the pan but it came right off as soon as the dishcloth touched it. I love my new pan.

I had a couple cheap baking sheets, and they were awful. The OXO Good Grips, was four times as expensive and worth every penny. I felt like I spent too little on my junk baking sheets. If you don't believe me, it will cost you. The day you spend so long scraping stuff off your bad baking sheets when it wasn't even your fault... This is my warning to you. It's like spending too little on shoes. Just get the good set and stop hating yourself for the decisions you make. That's pretty dramatic. Let's just say, you get what you pay for.

I absolutely love these pans and would give it. 5 star but it arrived with a small dent to one side. It wasn’t the shipping packaging. It was dented before packaging.

This is a SOLID sheet pan. It's actually non-stick which is great and is easy to clean if you clean it right away. I use a no scratch sponge or a heavy no scratch bristled brush. Definitely need another one. It's sturdy enough for me, however, the one time I used it for only one item it did warp at 425° so if it's not loaded up it will slightly warp at hotter temps.

This was my review of the Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic Baking Sheet - Naturally Slick Ceramic Coating and how the OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Half sheet compares. As a brand new baking sheet, (the Caraway) the non stick surface is amazing. However, over time this sheet has built up a residue where oils have darkened it. I have only ever used olive oil for cooking vegetables or meatballs. This pan has never had anything abrasive touch it. I purchased this pan at the same time as the OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Half Sheet in order to test both. Honestly, at have the price, the OXO baking sheet has performed better and maintained it's non stick properties better. The OXO is my first choice and most used when choosing a baking sheet.

These are the best baking sheets. Replacing mine after 2 years of almost daily use. The coating started to wear a little so I prefer to replace quickly. But worth it as I love everything about this pan.
