Real tight but that's good, they stay on the shoes no matter how much snow/slush I walk through.

Q: Do these stay where they need to be or slip around like other brands? i drive for fedex and need something i can wear while driving.

They stay where supposed to, they are the best you can get. I keep them when driving and they stay on place!!!
