This book is fantastic . I learned a lot about preventing cavities in my teeth. Got it specifically for my 11 year old granddaughter who is having a lot of cavities despite her excellent dental care and cleaning.

It's a great product but it only comes in a tube slightly bigger than what I would consider travel size

Great toothpaste

I used to dread going to the dentist. I'd get told the same story. I have "great" dental hygiene (good flossing, healthy gums, no plaque buildup), but I have multiple cavities. My teeth have been drilled on more than an oil field because of this. I would change dentists every year trying to get an answer, yet none had a solution for me that worked, and it was always the same outcome. Finally, I found a dentist that recommended I buy this product. He didn't sell it but told me I could get it on Amazon. I have used it ever since, and that was the last dentist visit where I had a cavity, and it has been 5 years. I recommend to anyone who has had the same experience.

The size is tiny. I barely used 3 times and l seems like im almost out. I like the mint flavor left fresh breath.
