Bought this duplicate-file remover and ran into these problems:-- No instructions provided, and the user interface is old.-- Figured out how to use it, but in every attempt, only a tiny fraction of my iTunes duplicate tracks were flagged and removed.-- Reached out to vendor to ask for better guidance, but they responded that they would refund me if I wanted.-- I told them I'd rather get guidance than a refund, and asked for instructions.-- They ignored me. Bad idea.Don't buy it.

Not user friendly
Not user friendly. Finally, got it to work but, not sure if it scans to find all duplicate files.

Did Not Help
Didn't clean out any duplicate files! Reran a couple of times and did not help any still have duplicate files galore.
