The product is very nice but it is little uncomfurtful due it's thickness i.e. mere 3.5" If it's thickness would had 4 to 4.5", then this will be extremely comfortable & good looking too!

Not firm as may be required for neck support for some people
It's too fluffy for a "neck support" pillow. Obviously this a subjective experience but it needs to offer a firmer and more stable support.
