I really like this Karaoke system. It has a lot of songs to choose from, easy to download from Cloud, and many interesting features. It is easy to install as well and custom service is great. I had a question about setup and contacted custom service through WeChat. Mr. Chen responded in about half hour, even though it was during holiday time. He provided suggestions quickly, which worked very well. I am very happy that I bought this product and installed during Christmas break. It brought a lot of fun to family and friends!

I usually do not write many reviews but I'll have to give a 5 star review for this karaoke player from this seller. Bought the system about 4 weeks ago and waited until I tested the machine and had a (big) karaoke party before writing this one. I admit that initially I had 2nd thoughts of buying this one (and from this seller on Amazon) when I searched for a karaoke machine but ended up buying it because this Seller had the most reviews. My item was shipped from Hong Kong by UPS expedited international shipping. It was very fast. It only took 5 calendar days total, I believe 3 business days, for me to get the machine (sent to CA). The package (2 of them) was very secure and the packaging very neatly done. Received the machine without any damages. I see that other reviewers complained that there are no instructions included on the assembly. But the "assembly" is so simple; I think anyone with some experience of assembly IKEA furniture together would have no problems figuring this out. Too simple. Just put screws through the hole and tighten... If you have no experience in audio/video connection (going through receiver, HDMI out to receiver or TV, RCA red/white cables, etc, then you might need to ask someone.) But that connection is very simple (for me) as well. Had some very minor issues but contacted the Seller though WeChat and he responded very quickly. (My problem is actually an "user" error caused by me playing with the Settings menu on the karaoke player.) Everything worked perfectly. Another thing I had worried about was the ability of the karaoke player to download songs or the system software/firmware updates. But as assured by the Seller, the download of the songs (not yet preloaded on the machine) worked perfectly. It only takes roughly 15 to 20 seconds to download a song from the cloud (I connected the karaoke player via ethernet cable but you can connect via wifi as well). You get access to all the cloud library of songs from the InAndOn server/manufacturer. The software/system updates also happened automatically when there was an update and if your system is connected to the internet. I only had the system for about 4 weeks and I already saw the system update itself about 4 times already. The updates were usually to refresh the menu and update the number of songs available in the cloud as there are supposedly thousands of new songs each month. One such auto update, refreshed the system's ability to play songs in YouTube (you can actually search for YouTube songs on the system and add that selection into your karaoke queue/playlist) The YouTube function is a bonus as (I did some research and found out that) it will not work when YouTube changes "something" on their website. Then I guess you'll need to wait until the next software update from InAndOn for them to fix that again. But actually, the entire library of songs, I believe 500,000+, in the cloud is very likely all you'll need. This karaoke player is just like the one you see at a high-end Chinese KTV. You can also control, search and select songs, on the karaoke machine via your cellphone (Andriod or iphone) or ipad. I got it to work but did not actually use it as people can simply just use the touch panel. Invited a lot of my friends and family over for a karaoke night just last weekend. Everyone had a great night singing!

I bought this karaoke machine back in 2023, but at the time I was so busy and assumed it would be complicated to set up so I left it in the box. I had contacted Mr. Chen and from the beginning he reassured me not to worry, he said he’d walk me through everything whenever I was ready👍🏼 Two years later, I finally had time and Mr. Chen immediately offered his help. He patiently guided me through the entire setup, step by step. He even helped me choose the right speakers for my room size and made sure I had the correct cables.I shop a lot and did tons of research before buying this, and without a doubt, this is the best karaoke machine on the market. This system is the real deal👍🏼. The quality is top notch, and once it’s set up, it truly feels like having a professional karaoke room in your own home. I also love how great it looks in my home theater. I’m a girl with zero technical knowledge and Mr. Chen made the whole process so easy and stress free. 👍🏼 Honestly, this is the best customer service I’ve ever received on Amazon. I recently purchased a Chinese karaoke machine, and it has exceeded all my expectations! I purchased similar karaoke machine on another seller, but have some installation issue with my soundbar. Setting up the machine was a breeze. The user-friendly interface and remote control made navigating through the song library and customizing settings simple, even for non-tech-savvy users. The large touchscreen display is a game-changer, providing a smooth and intuitive browsing experience. I had some problem setting up with my Bose speaker, I contacted the seller, he did video call with me and show me how to config all wires and cables. It was really amazing machine. I invite lots of friends come to my house, we have Karaoke party almost every other week. Even when I don't use it, I just set up my music list, let the machine play my fav album. The only small issue I had was after changing my network to fiber, my network only support 5GHZ, I was not able to connect wifi (maybe my own router issue). But the seller informed me to use wire cable to connect WLAN with my router. The download speed is about 10MB/S which is fast. This karaoke machine has brought so much joy to family gatherings and parties. It’s a great way to bond with loved ones while singing your heart out. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to add some fun and entertainment to their home.

It turns on but the touch screen does NOT work at all!! I was surprised despite all of the positive reviews! The screen turns on and is connected to the TV so we know it's not an issue with OUR hardware, but the screen does not react to our fingers at ALL!! We tried to hard reset it (unplug it and plug it back in after a minute) but nothing works! We can't even check calibration because we need touchscreen to access settings!

Frankly, I was worried because the machine is definitely not cheap and most likely it would be from Asia, so the customer service support, shipment and quality of the product could be potential issues. However, this purchase just proved that I was worried too much. Decided to buy this Karaoke machine from Amazon instead of other online stores, because I think at least Amazon can be of some help when something bad happens. Picking this seller over the other ones is not just because of the pricing, but also almost all reviews mentioned the good customer support. The shipment arrived on the 6th or 7th business days. I was expecting double the time. I bought the KV-V5 MAX with 4T, so I got 2 packages at the same time, one is the long stick and the other one is everything else. All items are brand-new and in great quality. There are manuals in different languages, warranty cards and little notes to tell you how you can get help too.I almost got the entire system setup without reading the manuals, in around 30 minutes by myself. Assembling the touch-screen monitor to its screen took most of my time, and you just need a screwdriver. This and the batteries are the only actual items you need to make the Karaoke work. I got into a problem: My mics had no sound even though the music from MTV was totally fine. Knowing it was unlikely the hardware issue, I checked the online YouTube video from the seller to ensure all the wires connected to the right spot. I messaged the seller to ask him to get some hints. The seller replied to the message within 30 minutes and he thinks my AVR setting blocked the audio to come through. I agreed because my AVR is a new Denon 7.2ch that arrived 1 day later than the machine. I sing Karaoke weekly in a good local Karaoke lounge with 2 other nerds, so I can guarantee the preloaded mtvs are better than many of the lounges. Most of them are 720p and 1080. A wide range of selection and more importantly, there are very very new ones too! For instance, I can search and download a song sung by Aska Yang in a China TV show in May 2022. There are also old songs for my parents' era. This machine is my mother-in-law's b-day gift. Now I want one myself. Back to the mic issue, I was busy and also not worried about it too much. Before I wanted to work on the weekend, the seller reached out to me via WeChat first to check if my AVR setting was fixed and promised an alternative solution that could help with his guidance when I gave up trying. This is the main reason motivating me to write this long review, when I normally don't even write a short one. I later fixed the setting of my AVR and started singing! I hope my review can help the people who love singing and want to have some fun at home.

There are many similar karaoke machines listed and I choose this one because it has more reviews and got 4+ stars rating. The items works well as described and the service is prompt and accurate through wechat. It seems the local songs is updated from cloud once the machine is turn on. The songs downloaded from cloud is easy and quick. The system is designed to be initialized and registered through wechat scanning. You might not feel easy to start using the machine without wechat. Overall the user experience is pretty good. After several uses, here is the brief summary. The videos of the old songs are pretty blurry because these was no HD video avail that time. But for the relative new songs the videos are almost HDs and the quality is OK. The music quality is so so, searching songs is pretty easy. Amplifier and speakers are needed for connecting mixer for music and mic output. Or you can connect the mixer directly to the powered laud speakers. The soft button on the screen for turn off machine works, but you need to push the physical button at least twice to turn on the machine. The wireless microphones are great, feel solid and hi quality.

This was not truly made for US market. Language is not 100% English even when you select English. The tall stand is not tall enough or short enough to be used, I modified the system by buying a separate table top mount. The customer service was excellent when I had a problem but not as easy as picking up the phone and calling someone. Must text and be able to follow the steps needed to make that customer service connection. Once they respond all goes well. I don’t have any problem with the system except seeing a lot of Chinese characters on screen is confusing. Make a sure you have an amp or this won’t work. I already knew that when I bought this. I bought the top model but I think I could have had the same system with separate components, some even better and upgraded for lower cost. No one would know that till they actually get the system and find out all the connections and components and what they could have done differently. Over all, I am happy with my purchase.
