Examples are stainless steel, tile, glass, and untextured plastic or fiberglass. The silicone suction pad will not adhere to porous, uneven, or textured surfaces such as painted or wallpapered walls or across grout lines. 2,Clean the area where you'll be mounting the soap dish and allow it to dry. 3,Remove the clear film from the silicone suction pad. Avoid touching the silicone pad after this point. 4,Carefully position the pad where you want it, making sure it's level and oriented with the correct side up. Press the silicone pad firmly to the wall to expel all air. 5,After the pad is adhered to the surface, open the latch in the plastic holder, clip the soap dish into the holder, and close the latch. 6,If you want to remove or reposition the soap dish, first unclip the soap dish from the silicone pad. Then peel the pad away from the wall, starting at one corner. Wash the silicone pad with detergent and water and allow it to air-dry. It is now ready to reuse.
