I think a magnesium supplement is necessary for me and these have the added benefit of really helping me sleep. 2 a night and even if I waken, I go back to sleep. Bliss!!

A friend of mine had used this product for sometime and swears blind that it's helped him sleep and relax through the night. I sceptically bought these thinking that they wouldn't work for me, but I was wrong. I take the recommended dose of 2 tablets per night, and it's really helped me relax and get a decent night's sleep. I'm really impressed and don't wake up groggy and feeling like I've had a sleeping tablet. I've used Nature's Plus products before and thought them excellent, but didn't really think that this would help - it did!

This really works in helping me stay asleep and I've tried a lot of supplements. So glad I found it. I'm on my 3rd bottle.

Not yet quite sure if these are working. Was awake allof last night but I do get sleep other nights. However have ordered some more and see how I go.
