Seriously, I didn't think this stuff would be that much better than the powdered chalk I've been using. Boy was I wrong! First off, no mess, so that's a huge plus. There isn't powdered chalk all over my dumbell rack and floor anymore. Second, you can easily apply only as much as you need because its a cream that quickly dries. You can definitely reapply it as well. I touch up the sides of my thumbs and the callouses where the bar rests on my palms between sets. Lastly, it is definitely superior on terms of grip to powdered chalk. I thought my grip was failing doing deadlifts using powdered chalk, but the first time I used this I was able to complete every rep in every set without losing my grip. I'm not a fan of straps and other grip aids, and this stuff has allowed me to continue to lift raw. This is great stuff, and I'll be buying it regularly so as never to run out.

works great in humidity when hands are more sweaty than usual

I used this liquid chalk for the first time last week in my deadlift training session. To be fair, only once so far. However, it felt great using it! I'm used to the old bricks of magnesium chalk you crush down into clumps then powder in a big hand bowl. Then the gyms took that away because of knuckleheads that have NO clue would dip hands in bowl and walk around the gym clapping making powder clouds. Wasting it, making a mess, making every one else breathe it, AND they wouldn't even use it for deadlifts, bench, or squats! Idiots! I got two bottles of this and rubbed on hands about a minute ahead of grabbing the bar. No slipping, great grip, and still on hands after sets. I added a little dab again after first 3 sets and all was good. No powder clouds, no wasted powder on the floor, and lasts longer! Win Win! After doing a 5X5 at 74% 1RM I had absolutely NO grip slippage! All focus went into proper set up, breathing and bracing, pushing with legs off the floor and pulling back at knee height hip hinge. Grip was not even a thought of wasted concentration. That's what you want! I am old school and for me to say this after the first time is a big deal. I can't compare to any other brands because I haven't tried any others. BUT, I can say I am a big fan of this one and have no intention to try others, unless the price gets out of control. Thank you! Works great! It's a great option for these commercial gyms that don't allow real chalk

It makes no mess while applying it and leaves minimal hand prints behind. It also helps with my grip plenty like old school gym chalk. You don't need to use much product only about the size of a quarter for both hands and it drys in about 10 seconds. I’ll be buying more in the future.

Working out in the garage in texas heat and needed something to help grip the pull up bar and building my dead hangs to 2 min and found these and i will highly recommend them! I small drop and it will last entire workout!

As good or better than powder chalk. A very small dab goes a long way. Stays on the hands throughout the whole lifting session. Minimal transfer to the bar and I've not had any transfer onto my clothes or anything. I have sensitive skin but no irritation from use so far, and no fragrance.

Pas mal et bonne odeur, prend quelques secondes en plus que mon ancienne pour sécher c'est le seul inconvénient mais c'est un détail elle sèche dans les 10 secondes.

Ich habe die Flüssigkreide hauptsächlich für Klimmzüge und Bankdrücken verwendet und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Nach dem Auftragen reicht es, die Hände kurz aneinander zu reiben, und die Kreide trocknet innerhalb weniger Sekunden. Der Grip verbessert sich spürbar. Gerade bei Klimmzügen hatte ich deutlich mehr Halt an der Stange und musste mir weniger Gedanken über schwitzige Hände machen. Auch beim Bankdrücken fühlt sich der Kontakt zur Hantel sicherer an. Positiv finde ich außerdem, dass die Flüssigkreide deutlich sauberer ist als herkömmliche Kreide. Es entsteht kaum Staub und man hinterlässt nicht überall weiße Spuren im Gym. Praktisch ist auch die Befestigungsmöglichkeit. Ich habe die Flasche mit dem mitgelieferten Ring an meiner Gym-Flasche befestigt und habe sie dadurch immer griffbereit dabei. Für mein Training eine sinnvolle Ergänzung, die ihren Zweck zuverlässig erfüllt. Ich werde sie definitiv weiter verwenden.
