Right hand scout carry, great for EDC, hunting, fishing, and anything else.
Heavy in the hand, sharp out of the box. The ferro rod works very well. The case can be positioned multiple ways, I use it in scout carry position and this is the only knock. It is comfortable and the design allows it to hold tight. However it does not fit to the belt carrier the best. Not that it is not secure, it just sits high because of the design. It is not a problem for most, but it is something to keep in mind if you are wanting to be more concealed.

nice knife, No titanium dragons or laser lizards.
nice knife, not too obnoxious. No titanium dragons, laser lizards just a straightforward solid take care of business, handsome knife. D2. Steel for under 40 bucks can't go wrong. Have enough to chop a bit. came Sharp, first thing I used it for was slicing through an unopened roll of carpet matting wow that was fun. Closest Snipe I had it before this one was a buck 119 not as heavy as this one. I don't have a actual collection, but I am interested in metal allergy, I'm curious about what you pay the 300 extra dollars for the ones that are $300 more than this although I know that it's nice too buy the best if you can afford it all in all good knife and good night.

Great Knife.
I use this as an IWC ( not recommended without training) with a Quick Clip Pro from amazon . Great size and heavier than most other but I love that about it. Sheath and knife fit well no rattle or movement, knife needs force to be pulled out so it is secure. It came sharp but since has needed sharpening, but every knife does after some use. This is a very good knife for the price.

Solid starter camp knife.
The knife itself is fine, it's a $35 knife after all. Like others have said, the screws that hold the scales to the blade loosen over time. Your best bet is to add loctite thread locker to the screws and reassemble. The sheath is good, you can remove the Firestarter holder if you want. You can also change the orientation of the belt clip to horizontal and vertical carry. The blade came pretty sharp out of the box but it folded a bit during my baton testing. It is pretty soft steel 5Cr13Mov, edge retention is to be desired but it's easy to sharpen. This knife is a camp knife, not an every day carry. I have the sheath attached to my backpack shoulder strap in an upside down vertical position, (knife handle to the ground tip to the sky) and it doesn't fall out when hiking but I think it would benefit from some heat shaping to make the blade more secure. Overall it's a good entry knife, definitely worth the price, the Firestarter and whistle just suck, I don't use them and consider them a bonus item that gets thrown in a drawer and forgotten about. I might get another for my son since he likes it as well or I might get another knife for me and give him this as a hand me down.

I totally recommend
This was one of the best birthday gifts and knives! It's beautifully crafted, has a good weight, and is very comfortable in the hand. And as a petite woman who leaves work late at night alone, I feel safe. In the same breath, it functions great when I'm enjoying the outdoors camping.

Wow... Just wow.
I very rarely write reviews, but I have to this time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was looking for a fixed blade knife with a kydex sheath. I'm tired of really great knives being a let down with their subpar cordura sheathes. They're cheap and garbage. This knife has a legit kydex sheath with a very solid snap when placed inside of it. Even comes with a Tek-Lok.Then there's the knife itself. I have Beckers, Kershaw's and Schrades to name a few. All are very respectable knives with good steel. This knife is not only beautiful to look at but more importantly the craftsmanship is top notch. The finish and grind is on point. The blade design is incredible and very aggressive. Also has great balance and comes razor sharpout of the box. The steel, while not 8cr13mov, is more than acceptable for routine tasks and will sharpen up easily. The finishing touch was the G10 scales. Absolutely an amazing knife for the price point. A must have for any knife collector.
